Processing process

Step 1: Please send an email to support@dualhua.store with subject “Cancel order <order number>” with the content of purchase information or fill out the form below.

Step 2: Please wait for our confirmation email (up to 2 days). Then send the return item to our address. For orders that have not been shipped money will be refunded immediately via Paypal service.
